Monday, Monday. Can't Trust That Day.

Psalm 56:13 For thou hast delivered my soul from death: wilt not thou deliver my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living?

Why do we doubt in wilderness times God's active present work and power upon us, around us and in us; His workmanship? If I look at myself or the latest storm, it is a hopeless impossibilty but when I am again made to look up and cast my gaze upon the author and finisher of our faith I am made to see the provision of Hevean. The one who saved us from ourselves initially, and rescues continually 'me from me', leading us upward and onward unto Himself. The All Merciful One who took us out of great darkness and brought us into the light of Himself..Will He who said that He would never leave us nor forsake us now midway abandon the work He began? I can't handle you!! I am out of here! Will He now change His mind? Is God fickle? Is the God who sees all past, present and future taken back at the state of our hearts today?
Does the God who persued and wrestled with Jacob throw in the towel on you and me? Could we ever exhaust God of His Grace and Love for us? He Stays the same...He is not like us..He will never divorce us..The God who redeemed us from the pit will keep our feet from every daily pit, trap and temptation. Our great Trevailor, trevails in heaven for you and for me....Let us take great comfort that our great comforter is the brother that comes along side us and walks with us reminding us and singing over us that we are His own. He will Keep Us. He will make us to live in Fullness in the light of His Love.

What other people do is none of my business but for years I’ve been wrestling with some of the trends and level of politics and patriotism within the church. . But this article speaks my language it resonates with my spirit and shares my concerns. So for now, all Is at rest and Jesus He’s The only answer. Maybe someone out there feels the same way I do. I hope this post finds you and this article encourages your heart like it did mine. You aren’t crazy  Pray 🙏 That’s why you see it the way you do.

Thank You Lord !

https://firmfoundationpv.org/worship-103-genre-and-style-in-church-music/ Lord you answered all my questions, Thank You. You Counsel us with Your loving eye upon us. Psalm 32:8 I remember many years ago when The TV show American Idol began. One of the finalists shared kind of an awkward song well it just sort of seemed out of place. It was unfamiliar , extremely personal, beautiful, but it really fell flat. He even sang it like he was sort of alone in the room and we were all just watching his personal  moment. It left me just sitting there scratching my head. When  he finished it was then time for the judges to give their input. Simon Cowell really shockingly scolded him and said that his choice of music was “self-indulgent. “ What does he mean by that ? I thought about it Took me a while I think I know what he meant and I never forgot it. He forgot who he was singing to he forgot he had an audience. It wasn’t only about him, but who he was singing to and for. …….,so m...

Cheryl's FaceBook Quote

"Dark is life's way, for the night is not yet o'er; the longed-for glimpse I may not meanwhile borrow; But, this I know, He goeth on before." All our supply is to come from the Lord. Here are springs that shall never dry; here are fountains and streams that shall never be cut off. Here, anxious one, is the gracious pledge of the heavenly Father. If He be the source of our mercies they can never fail us. No heat, no drought can parch that river, “the streams whereof make glad the city of God.
